Coast cottage is exceptionally well equipped. The comfortable lounge has beamed ceilings, a settee which converts into a double bed, television with video, stereo, living flame gas fire, coffee table and a fold-up dining table. Other facilities include gas central heating and telephone (incoming calls only).

Harbour View and River View apartments both sleep up to six people, or can be combined for up to 12 people. Both are at ground level and are tastefully equipped and furnished to the highest standard. Both apartments enjoy fine views of the river Teign, and are comfortably furnished. Each has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bunk beds, and the other with a double bed. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, one row back from the beach. Secluded, yet just 100yards to the beach, shops, or pubs. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It is much bigger inside than the picture of the front suggests. Linen is not provided.
There is a paved area to the front of the cottage where a car can be parked ( with a little manoeuvring ), but no garden

Shaldon beach sits at the mouth of the river Teign, a gently sloping estuary beach with views both out to sea, and over to the Port of Teignmouth
A mix of sand and shingle, the beach slopes towards the mouth of the estuary, and is a year round hive of different activities.
