The village centre is situated approximately half a mile away. A very scenic stroll, following the river for most of the way.
A meandering path leads from the front gate through the well tended lawned garden with apple and pear trees. There is paved patio area with bench at the front of the property.
The entrance hall has parquet flooring, a bench, book case and oriental cupboard. Leading to: Ground floor cloakroom with toilet and basin.
The kitchen/dining room has Chinese slate flooring, a dining table with six chairs, with a window overlooking the front garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a gas hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave and full height fridge/freezer, Belfast sink and dishwasher, cottage style units and granite worktops.
Door to the utility area and washing machine.
Access to the rear walled garden with paved sun terrace and seating, also a lawned area with shrubs and trees and a glazed garden shed. A fantastic,safe enclosed area for children and adults.
Sitting room: Inglenook fireplace with natural flame gas fire. Round dining table with six chairs, two sofas and windows to the front and the rear gardens. Samsung TV and DVD, bookshelf, radio cassette and an eclectic collection of furniture and paintings.

Children love Laurel Farm House, with it’s large garden to play in. It is a well-equipped and homely cottage, handy for all amenities and attractions.
