This homely, cosy cottage is full of character and sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable lounge with fireplace and gas affect fire, dining area and newly appointed kitchen plus there is a full size shower room with electric shower and wash hand basin.

There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine & microwave plus is perfect for drying/airing your beach wear!

Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed and there are twin beds in the small second bedroom. There is a separate toilet and wash basin on the hallway landing at the top of the stairs.

To the front of the property there is a pleasant patio area with table and chairs and public parking is available close by on the road.

The cottage is a short walk to the centre of Shaldon village where, shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach can be found. It is also possible to explore Teignmouth via the passenger ferry and further afield by train from Teignmouth to Exeter and Plymouth.
