Gary and Hilary Hook moved to Dawlish in August 2008 from land-locked Berkshire. Hilary has worked in estate agency for over twenty-five years, starting as a part-time viewing lady for Lane Fox in Pangborne, Berkshire and ending up back there nearly twenty years later with Strutt and Parker.
Gary started his working life as a Police Officer in London. From there he worked for The Mars Group, Sodexho, Outspan and latterly with Coca-Cola in sales and management.
With Hilary’s experience, she manages property sales; doing ALL viewings, negotiating offers and managing all parties and solicitors from Offer to Completion.
Gary manages the lettings side of the business along with the property marketing material for the major websites including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location, as well as the day to day management of the business.
By dividing the workload in this way we play to our natural strengths and skillset.
We are comfortable dealing with any residential property for sale or rent. Over the past six years we have sold apartments, houses, small holdings, farm houses and grade II listed homes.
